A: Each lot owner is a member of the Victory Ranch Homeowners Association, which manages road maintenance, utilities, snow removal, gatehouse, security services, common areas, conservation easements, and pedestrian access to undeveloped common areas.


Q: What Is The Ranch Club at Victory Ranch?
A: Each lot owner is a member of The Ranch Club. The Ranch Club manages the recreational facilities. A Ranch Membership entitles an owner to all activities and amenities then offered by Victory Ranch, except golf.


Q: What is the Golf Club at Victory Ranch?
A: A lot owner may apply to become a Golf Member. Currently a Golf Membership is valued at $75,000. A Golf Membership includes access to all activities and amenities then offered by Victory Ranch.


Q: What is the Cottages & RanchHouses Homeowners Association?
A: An owner of a Cottage or RanchHouse is a member of this additional Homeowners Association, which manages the landscaping and exteriors of all Cottages and RanchHouses.


Q: Are There Any Assessments Or Fees For Which The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible?
A: Yes, there will be monthly fees and/or assessments for water and sewer (Jordanelle Special Service District); and monthly fees and/or assessments for fire protection (Wasatch County Fire District).
